I really enjoyed being there, everything was first-class.

I had good priced room with a view of the racecourse. The venue was set in the very central position near to Chester from now on.

The room was very large, comfy bed. The breakfast was warm and delicious, good priced.

I was pleased with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, accommodating.

This is surely the best hip new hotel, really very nice staff, silent rooms. The location is marvellous, at a short distance from Chester Racecourse. It's in a beautiful building in the modern area. The venue has got an amazing restaurant for your breakfast. Top-notch service and the food is outstanding. As I see, free Wi-Fi in the rooms worked really quickly.

Coffee and an iron in the room and the extra large bed. Continental breakfast with options of continental or full English, delicious. Very comfortable building, perfect location really close to Chester City centre, Close enough to walk into the centre and the outskirts of Chester.

Hot and superb breakfast with brown sauce and the milk being served in miniature milk churns, as for instance, incredible location.

everything was beautiful, the english breakfast was totally worth it. silent room, airy, had a luxurious bathroom. it's own balcony and an iron were perfect. the personnel was really very nice, doing their best to assist. the services were top-notch, offered us very good free wi-fi.

The staff - some of them were really slow.

Impressive and clean place, lovely view over the courthouse and out to the welsh hills. Amazing very central location and reasonably good and hot breakfast. A wide array of bars and restaurants around. Neat units and incredibly welcoming staff on shift. A balcony and an iron available.

Upscale, very good business property. Brand-new & extremely pleasant room with a balcony, free water plus view over Chester race course. A wide range of various drinks, such as champagnes and cocktails in the bar.

Efficient service, we had very nice stay.

The staff was very very helpful and the room beautifully maintained and air-conditioned. The food available for continental breakfast was brilliant.

The location of the hotel was very central, close to the center and other local attractions, city centre, or river areas and the restaurant and light dinner in the lounge bar.

Well, the area was not so nice overall.

I did not want to leave and would return anytime. I really enjoyed the hotel, it was exceptionally comfortable with very good wi-fi. The double room was contemporary, had amazing views. The location of the property was marvellous, right next to the racecourse what more could you want. Roof top bar was excellent. The breakfasts were delicious and superb and the service was special.

The hotel is spotless with a modern design and professional and responsive staff. The location is nice, 10 minutes' walk to The Grosvenor Museum. The restaurant in the property is good at the fifth floor. Think that this good looking and lovely modern hotel is beyond compare, enjoyed it.

The room was pleasant and had a nice interior. The breakfast was exceptional and consisted of brilliant meals. The hotel was conveniently located just off the center of Chester, close to the best bars and restaurants. The service was efficient, including a quick check-in.
